Termination, Assignment

This social network is the property of InterMed Global L.L.C. We may terminate your membership at any time without notice to you. We may assign our rights and duties under this agreement to any party at any time without notice to you. You may not assign this agreement to anyone else.

Procedures for Claimed Copyright Infringement
