MTQUA Top 10 World’s Best Hospitals for Medical Tourists
As it is MTQUA’s mission to advance patient safety and medical tourism excellence for traveling patients we established that 10 hospitals, of the dozens around the world that have made a commitment to promoting medical travel, truly stand out in the medical tourism industry and that patients should know about.
These are the Top 10 World’s Best Hospitals for Medical Tourists for 2010. They were reviewed against a number of criteria that MTQUA believes are most important in informing and supporting a patient’s medical journey.
This is not to say that hospitals not on this list do not provide good outcomes for medical treatments. Of course they do. But a medical traveler needs more than good outcomes.
Asia offers more of the Top 10 World’ Best Hospitals for Medical Tourists than other countries: 6 hospitals in Asia, 2 in Europe and 2 in North America made the list in 2010 on the basis of the following criteria:
